I took the ethernet cable from my home machine away, and have stashed it in my cube at work, where it will stay until next Friday. Effectively, this means I am taking a week-long vacation from the interwebs!
I’ve been feeling a combination of burn-out, information overload, and a disconnection from life around me, and figured this would be a good way to get around to reading some books. I had planned to stash the wireless router at work as well, but I didn’t manage to convince my wife to join in on the insanity. Ahwell, at least I can still surf the webs at work! Lets see how this works out.
