.. and the Recumbent too!

Along with my car, I placed my 2001 RANS Rocket on Craigslist today. I bought this bike then with a hair-brain idea of touring Europe by bicycle & train. Well, the train part happened, but the bicycle part never panned out. Instead, I ended up using it as a commuter bike for a short time in North Carolina and Indiana. I know I’m going to miss it’s super comfortable seat, but now that Dallas has and I have bikes suited for unpaved trails, I think we’re going to be hitting those up a bit more now.

The photo is from January, when Dallas, Bill, and I went bicycling at the Big Creek Greenway in Alpharetta.

Yeah, recumbents are definitely not for everyone, particularly short-wheelbase ones. I was impressed by your attempt though! Glad to hear that the cruiser is treating you well!

Ah yes, I remember trying to ride that thing and failing horribly :-p

At least the cruiser riding is going a lot better.
